Medical directives are written orders from healthcare providers for the performance of treatments, interventions or procedures on particular patients when specific conditions and circumstances are met. Medical directives rely on the collaboration between the aesthetic injector and their appropriate prescriber / Medical Director.

We include one edit and customize these Medical Directives for your clinic and/or prescriber/Medical Director. Medical Directives are void until signed by an appropriate ordering authority.

If you do not provide a logo, the document will be supplied with our logo. PDF versions are not editable, nor can you copy paste, but we do include one edit for you, just send us any changes you would like.

Creation of the Policy and Procedures Manual takes approximately 14 business days.
