Proof of completion of Basic Training in Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers.

Payment Options:
     - $1500 Deposit, balance due no later that two weeks before training.
     - 0% Financing is available through Beautifi over 6-13 months. Otherwise remaining balance is due in 3 equal payments. If longer financing is required please call for additional options!
